Thank You for shopping online with Questfindestores; as with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions with Questfindestores. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase; you agree to the terms set forth below along with the Questfindestores Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Shipping, Delivery and Handling

Please review the Shipping, Delivery & Pickup Policy page to learn about how and when you will receive the products you purchased from Questfindestores. Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond our control once it leaves our facilities, Questfindestores cannot be held liable for late deliveries.

In-Store Pickup and Returns

Questfindestores offers In-Store pickup for many of the items available on our Online Store. Only you or the person designated by you may pick up the item(s) purchased. A government-issued photo ID or Passport and order number will be required for pickup. Questfindestores will notify you when your order is ready (Usually between 24 hours) and the date by which you need to pick up your items.

Returns

Questfindestores believes everyone deserves to own products with technologies this advanced, we fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from our online store but In an unlikely event that you decide to return, kindly review the following terms related to returning a product. For all undamaged and unopened products simply return it with the original receipt and original packaging within 2 business days of the date you receive the product. If the item is returned within this timeframe, we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. For returns to any Questfindestores retail store for cash, cash equivalent, bank transfer, and cheque transactions over ¢10,000, Questfindestores will mail a refund cheque to you within 5 business days (excluding holidays). Kindly return defected products within the timeframe of 2 business days from the original date of purchase. Questfindestores will not refund or exchange any wrongly configured customized ordered due to a customer’s mistake. Be certain of the configuration provided in your “Note” box on the Checkout page before placing the order as Questfindestores is not liable for a customer’s mistake.

Questfindestores is not liable to repair or issue any form of refund or exchange for any product that is not returned within the timeframe of 2 business days after the purchase date.

Exchange (Damaged Items Only)

If you purchased your item from Questfindestores, you can take it to any Questfindestores retail store for an exchange. Item exchanges are, of course, subject to in-store product availability.

Pricing & Price Reductions/Corrections

With regards to pricing, Questfindestores reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at/on our online and retail store at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. For additional information about pricing, payment and sales tax contact our Support team.

“Order Acceptance/Confirmation for Online and Call Center Purchase” Once we receive your order, we’ll provide you with an email for your order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify Questfindestores acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. Our Online Store reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If Questfindestores cancels an order after you have already been billed, we will refund the billed amount fully.

Product Availability and Limitations

Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some products, we may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. we reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when we confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, we will give you a new delivery date or cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full within 5 business days (excluding holidays) for physical products above ¢10,000 and above.

Refunds

Understand how we process refunds

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. If you canceled a pickup item, and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your “Cancel Request”. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been “Completed” or is processing or we are preparing to ship the order out for delivery. For refunds for cash, cash equivalent, cheque transactions, and direct bank transfer over ¢10,000, we will process your refund to you within 5 business days (excluding holidays). If you paid by Credit/Debit Card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5-7 business days of receipt of the returned item (excluding holidays). If you paid with a cheque or other cash equivalent, you will be refunded in the form of a cheque from Questfindestores, which will be mailed to your billing address. Please allow about 5 days (excluding holidays) to receive your cheque from the time we receive your return. If you paid via Direct Bank Transfer, you will be refunded with the original payment method, which will be transferred to the preferred Bank Account Number provided only by the verified customer (Account Information provided must be provided only via the customers registered e-mail address). Kindly allow 3 business days (excluding holidays) to receive your Online Bank Transfer from us.
