SHIPPING, PICKUP, AND DELIVERY POLICY

Questfindestore uses fast and reliable courier services to make sure your order gets to you on time. From the Secure Checkout page you’ll see your item description, price and ship time after you select your shipping method.

Ship Time

The Ship Time is an estimate of when the item will leave our warehouse. Item will leave our warehouse within 24 hours after you place your order. Questfindestore works hard to ship every order as quickly as possible.

Occasionally, we will confirm ship and delivery times, then learn we are unable to fulfill the order due to low product availability. In rare cases, we will notify by email of the new ship and delivery times.

Items ship as they become available. Once the item leaves our warehouse, the shipping method you choose on the Checkout page determines when shipped items will deliver to your shipping address.

Shipping Methods

Once the item leaves our warehouse, the Shipping Method you choose on the Checkout page determines how quickly your shipped item delivers to your doorstep. You can choose a different Shipping Method for each item on your order.

Free Shipping → Delivers within 3 business days

Standard Ground Shipping → Delivers within 2 business days

International Delivery → Delivers within 5 business days

Guaranteed Same Day Delivery → Order before 6AM  – Delivers afternoon same day (Available only forAccra)

Guaranteed Next Business Day Delivery → Delivers within 1 business day (Outside Accra but Ghana Only)

In-Store Pickup

You can select the Questfindestore retail store to pick up most items purchased on the Online Store.

Once you’re ready to purchase, select the Questfindestore retail store pickup on the Checkout page. To pick up your items, you will need to bring the Credit/Debit card used for payment, or the order number and a valid photo ID or passport. If you have designated a pickup contact, their information must be included in the “order note” and they will need to bring the order number and a valid photo ID or passport.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.
